Cooking with specialities of the Provence
I did not want to revolutionize anything. I brought my knowledge and style while keeping some great classics from my father.
My recipes are inspired by the typical South of France cooking style, yet follow the seasons as I like to keep the product natural and accompany it with seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs, citrus fruits or mild spices.
I attach a lot of importance on sauces as they bring to each one of my dishes, a supplement of flavor and a note of color to the plates.
