A family history
This old wine farm built around 1890 and belonging to my family for generations, was transformed into a restaurant in 1979 by my father Fernand Mouret cooking Chef and my mother Mireille, daughter of Lyonnais cooking Chef. My brother Julien Mouret and I grew up at ‘La Verdoyante’ and we quickly caught the passion of the kitchen and made it our trade.

In 2004, after 25 years of good and faithful services, my parents wished to withdraw into retirement, so it was only natural that I return to ‘La Verdoyante’ after spending ten years in the kitchens of some of the highest standing gastronomic restaurants to follow my passion and improve myself.

This is the way I took over the family restaurant, accompanied by my partner Berenice.
