Dear Client,

Our Chef has decided to maintain a reduced menu to preserve his autonomy in the choice of products

 and to deal with recruitment difficulties.
 

This approach allows him to offer seasonal cuisine that respects the environment,

ensuring the freshness, quality of the products and supporting our local farmers.
